About Our Team
The Training Resource Group was founded in 1994 by Chuck and Helene Polin when they purchased a Sandler Sales Institute franchise. For over 14 years, TRG has successfully worked with companies and individuals to help them learn the critical skills that are necessary to increase sales, profits and productivity.
Today, The Training Resource Group, a Sandler Training Center, offers ongoing, reinforcement coaching for local companies and individuals through weekly
training sessions and one-on-one coaching. In-house training programs are custom designed and are delivered at the company's choice of location.
For companies with multiple locations, we are linked to a network
of professionals, who can deliver your program simultaneously in all of your offices, coast
to coast. This service allows national clients the opportunity to benefit from a consistent, well produced, and well executed program design.
Chuck Polin
Chuck Polin, CEO, brings over 35 years of sales, sales management, and corporate executive experience to the firm. He has managed numerous sales forces, directed various marketing campaigns and was president of a Fortune 500 Company division.
Chuck began his career in the pharmaceutical field and then moved into the women’s apparel industry in New York City and continued in that field for 20 years.
Chuck Polin is a certified Sandler Trainer who is about to enter his 15th year with the organization. He provides consulting, seminar and corporate in-house training that delivers on-going reinforcement training and coaching to growing companies and professional service firms seeking an increase in sales, profits and productivity.
Mr. Polin is actively involved with many organizations and has served in many capacities, such as:

Evan Polin
Evan Polin, Vice President, The Training Resource Group, brings a wealth of training and coaching experience to the firm. He has spoken at national and regional conferences and has provided training programs for Amtrak, United Behavioral Health, and Fortune 500 companies. Evan has also provided programs for the Drexel University Executive MBA program, Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the Engineers Club of Philadelphia. Evan is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has earned a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Evan provides consulting, seminar, and corporate in-house training that delivers on-going reinforcement training and coaching to growing companies and professional service firms seeking an increase in sales, profits and productivity. He teaches professional sales people a selling system that focuses on identifying “pain”, generating more referrals, targeting accounts, differentiating your company from the competition, and a process of qualifying and disqualifying prospects. Evan also sits on the Board of The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and has recently been selected Program Chair for 2008-2009.
Helene L. Polin
Helene Polin, partner, The Training Resource Group, brings over 25 years of experience in education, training and sales to the firm. Helene, a certified Sandler Sales Trainer, runs the day-to-day business operations and develops training programs for The Training Resource Group.
Her previous experience includes teaching high school English, working for Rohm & Haas in the Training & Development department, a position that focused on developing and implementing training programs for their middle management and executive staff, and founding BeneStatements, an employee communications firm.
Helene is a graduate of Rutgers University and has a degree in English and Education.
